Bloomly Subscription Policy

At Bloomly, our subscription program is transparent, optional, and fully customer-controlled.

1. Optional Enrollment

Subscriptions are 100% optional. Customers are only enrolled after actively selecting a subscription option during checkout.

No recurring charges occur without explicit customer consent. Customers also receive email notifications regarding their subscription and may cancel or manage it at any time.

2. Recurring Billing Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges every 30 days using your selected payment method unless canceled prior to renewal.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time:

  • Via their account dashboard, or

  • By contacting our support team via email

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle begins.

4. Renewal & Fulfillment

On the 30th day, subscriptions automatically renew and orders are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been:

  • Processed, and

  • Handed over to the shipping carrier

It cannot be canceled, modified, or recalled. Subscription cancellations apply only to future billing cycles.

5. Delivered Orders

Orders shipped to the address provided during checkout and confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled and valid.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status and submitting cancellation requests before renewal.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date does not constitute an unauthorized charge if the customer actively subscribed to the recurring plan.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a dispute or chargeback for a subscription order that was not canceled prior to renewal:

  • The burden of proof lies with the customer to demonstrate that the transaction was unauthorized, or

  • That reasonable cancellation attempts were made before renewal and were not honored

Orders that were processed, shipped, and confirmed as delivered are considered valid and non-fraudulent transactions.

8. Returns & Refunds

Bloomly offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, and

  • The return request must be initiated through our official support channels

Customers may still request a return even if they forgot to cancel their subscription, provided they follow the proper return process.

If a customer chooses to file a dispute instead of contacting Bloomly support—despite receiving the product and having a return/refund option available—we may be unable to provide further assistance, as a direct resolution pathway was already offered.
