At Bloomly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
